How are customer or borrower complaints handled?
All complaints from borrowers and/or customers are documented and investigated. Any complaint received through a borrower is routed through the lender/client. In addition to providing accurate, one-touch appraisals, Stewart Valuation Intelligence prides itself on being as responsible and responsive as possible when it comes to complaints from our borrowers and/or customers.
