VI Direct Refund Policy
1. A full refund will be given if an appraisal request/product is cancelled prior to the end of the business day (Pacific Time) the credit card is charged
2. A full refund, less a $50.00 Cancellation Fee, will be given if the appraisal request/product is cancelled any time after the business day the credit card is charged but before an appraiser has inspected the subject property
3. No refund will be given after the appraiser has completed the property inspection or visited the property

To process a refund, first make sure to cancel the request as soon as possible within the Stewart Valuation Intelligence VI Direct Platform. Once the request is cancelled, then one of the refund processes above will be determined and appropriately processed.
